Casa Rota ARAHUETES. 30 minutes from the monumental Segovia and 11 from the spectacular Pedraza (a very touristy town, excellently preserved, in medieval style. A good choice to try the delights of traditional Segovian cuisine). Located in a natural reserve, 2 km from the Santa Águeda tributary (in the wonderful valley of the same name), close to the Hoces del Duratón valley. Arahuetes is a small town, with a strong medieval Castilian flavor... Charming and simple aesthetics, reconstructed houses and family town life. Anecdotally, you will be able to tour the locations in the town that were used to film “Cuéntame como Pasó”. There are many hiking trails, horseback riding, gliding, paragliding, small planes...

Located in the area known as “Los Castillejos” (full of old medieval watchtowers that guarded the old valley pass). Nearby is the Sierra de Guadarrama Natural Park. Located at the end of the street, it is the last construction before entering the heart of nature. At the very foot of our walls beautiful paths and paths begin, perfect for excursions, walks, hiking, mountain biking and other activities (nature photography, bird watching, fauna, flora, mycology, etc.). A 300 m² house, with a large garden and beautiful views of the countryside and its surroundings. Practically, we are the gateway to the nature and mountains that surround us. Behind the entrance gate, there is a large Castilian patio. It has a 1,000 m2 garden, with a large terrace and a small pool (perfect for cooling off on hot summer days). In the garden there is a barbecue.

Five bedrooms (very nice and with comfortable beds), three bathrooms and a toilet. Quality linen, all the details, anti-allergy pillows and duvets,… You don't need to bring anything as it is rented fully equipped.
Accessibility
Spacious house with easy access. There are rooms and bathrooms on the ground floor and on the first floor. All common areas are on the ground floor (living rooms, kitchen, dining room, parking and terraces). To access the garden you have to go down steps from the terrace.
